What to expect

Are you coming to Adventure City Rotterdam with the family soon? What a great idea! We look forward to welcoming you to our Adventure park. Can't wait? We totally understand! In this blog we will give you a foretaste of what you can expect during a familieuitje bij Adventure City.

Preparation

A good start is half the battle. And good preparation for an adventurous day out is by no means unwise. So prepare yourself well. Eat a healthy and hearty breakfast, because you will need energy.

Sturdy shoes and comfortable clothes are certainly no luxury either. For example, sportswear, but jeans will do as well. Tight clothing is better than loose clothing.

And check the route in advance, so you won't have any surprises along the way and can start climbing on time. We are easily accessible by car and public transport. There is more than enough parking space on our premises.

Arrival

Upon arrival, we will welcome you warmly. If it is your first time, you will surely want to have a look around first, because with no less than 7000m2 of zip and climb fun, you will be amazed. Maybe start with a cup of coffee and a lemonade for the kids. Furthermore, just a quick sign-up and you are almost ready to start this amazing adventure. But first the most important thing: the safety instructions.

Safety instructions

Before you are allowed to climb the course, one of our experienced instructors will explain the safety instructions. Listen carefully to these, because they are there for a reason. Climb on!

Is everyone safely wrapped up in their harnesses? OK, let's go! Zip, climb, scramble, zoof and jump with each other over and through the skies of Adventure City. Help each other, challenge each other, laugh with each other!

Moisturise well

Do mum and dad want a break? Of course they can. Take a break while you are climbing and let the kids continue. You can visit our catering facilities for a cup of coffee or other drink and a tasty piece of apple pie, while you watch and wave at the kids who are still climbing.

Of course, the kids also get to take a break (if they want to). Many families start together, until the kids get the hang of it and are unstoppable!

It's on

Is the climbing done? Then you are probably all ready for refreshments. Feel free to stick around for a snack and a drink. And if not, we hope you had a great time together as a family.
