Important points to know!

• With us, you always pay a fixed entrance fee that allows you to use almost all activities in the park. The Rollercoaster Zip-line, NetVenture & Tubing track are not included;
• An entrance ticket is suitable for the indoor & outdoor park and can only be booked online;
• Booking online is compulsory. Tickets cannot be bought at the ticket counter. Online payment is via iDeal;
• Be present 30 minutes in advance;
• For catering purchases you can pay on location with an ATM card. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash;
• We have over 200 free parking spaces, so there is almost always space;
  
• Charging stations are available for electric cars;
• Wifi is free to use for visitors;
• You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink;
• Closed shoes are compulsory to wear while climbing. Slippers or sandals are not allowed;
• Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our indoor park.
