We recommend booking in advance at all times. You can do this easily via the reservation system on our website. Payment is done via IDeal. The easiest and safest payment system currently available. You pay a fixed amount per person and, depending on your age, you can enjoy all the activities in our park for 2.5 hours. On the page belangrijke informatie en prijzen you will find all important information and you can make a reservation right away.

We keep it simple. You always book a block of 2.5 hours. This includes a safety instruction of about 20 minutes. After that, you can let your hair down in our park. During these 2.5 hours, you can of course use the catering square to recover. However, this falls within the 2.5 hours. Should you wish to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or homemade sandwiches after this time block, this is of course no problem.

Our park is designed so that you can do all the elements/parcours yourself. So there is no instructor constantly walking with you. You receive safety instructions beforehand, telling you all the do & don'ts. You can then do (almost) all the courses and attractions yourself. Only for the free fall, an instructor is present at all times for guidance.

Yes indeed. Before you start your adventure, you will receive instructions from a certified climbing instructor. He will tell you all about safety in our park and what you can and cannot do. This takes about 20/25 minutes. Then you are ready to take on the adventure!

At Adventure City Rotterdam, we don't want to disappoint anyone in the family. With that in mind, we have plenty of spectacle and challenge to offer for every age group. This all is suitable for ages 4 to 104. For the little ones, we have the Net Adventure, the Kids & Fun climbing wall and the Puppy Climbing Track, among others, where they can let off steam. For the other adventures, we apply a minimum height of 1.30 metres. This is due to the fact that the distances are too long in the highest courses and you will not fit into the climbing harness otherwise.

You pay a fixed price per person with us. This depends on age.

For children aged 4 to 7, you pay €16.75;
For children aged 8 to 12, you pay €22.75;
For children aged 13 and over, you pay €24.95.

Optional is the Rollercoaster Zipline. It costs €2.50 each time.

For single tickets, we do not refund monies if the number differs at the time of arrival. However, we can change the date and time free of charge. Tickets remain valid for one year.

For children's parties and other packages, payment must be made on location and we can adjust the number if there are more or fewer climbers. Please inform the reception desk if the number of children at a children's party differs from the reservation.

It is and always will be a risk to engage in intensive exercise with pregnancy. We therefore leave this responsibility entirely with the person concerned. Don't feel comfortable with it! Then you should definitely not do it.

There are various options when it comes to children's parties. Choose an Adventure children's party that suits your needs and then click on the direct booking button. You will then be directed to our booking system, where you can easily make a reservation. Here you will also find all the information associated with the party in question. You can book online in advance for a certain number of children. Should this deviate, we will settle this at the counter on the day itself.

If fewer children come than booked in advance, we will settle this on the day itself at the counter and possibly refund the difference in euros.

We always like it when parents/guardians actively participate in the various activities in our park. This gives the children some guidance and, of course, parents/guardians can also experience for themselves how cool and challenging our park is. If you are really afraid of heights, fortunately there is no need to worry. We have a heated catering square where you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.

With us, you are secured at all times with the Expo Glider system. This system is specially designed for indoor and outdoor parks and is one of the safest systems currently available. This system is approved according to European directives.

Certified instructors walk around at all times to supervise. Of course, these are also there to answer all climbing-related questions. At some attractions such as the free fall & zip-line, they are also there for extra help and handling. In short; you are in good hands with us!
